The Handsome Furs is a side project of Wolf Parade maestro Dan Boeckner. The other member in the Furs, is his wife Alexei Perry. I saw them play at The Echo a few years back, and noticed that Alexei mostly played one thing all night...the bottle of Red Stripe Beer in her hand. They have a new album due in February '09.
